  • Sewing Circle

    If you already know the basics of sewing, but are looking for project ideas and support, this gathering of enthusiasts is for you. One of our instructors will be on hand to provide access to machines and materials.

  • Beginning Machine Sewing

    The perfect class to take if you are new to sewing or need a refresher. Make a lined tote bag while learning the basics of sewing with a sewing machine. This class is offered each month. Sewing machine and all materials provided. Taught by Anne Gengler, Theresa Perry and Jane Raymond.

  • Stained Glass Plants

    ➔ Thurs/Fri, Feb 19 & 20th | (FULL!)

    Whether you are a plant lover or can’t seem to keep them alive, come learn how to make a stained glass plant that won’t ever let you down! In this two-part evening class you will learn the stained glass process from start to finish and return home with a handmade forever plant. Bring your own planter, or pick from the pots provided. No experience needed. Taught by Bethany Kharrazi.

  • Felted Pets

    ➔ Friday, February 27th | 5-7:30pm

    Join us to learn needle felting as we create a miniature version of an animal of your choice from a photo. We will make bendable armitures then felt wool around them to make an animated furry pet or creature. 

    All materials are provided except photo.  Please come with a photo of your pet either printed or on your phone. Taught by Molly Holmlund.

  • Beginner Stained Glass Series: Quilt Squares

    ➔ Thursdays, March 5, 12 & 19 | 5:30-8:30pm

    Learn the basics of making stained glass art in this 3-class series. You will choose from a variety of glass (including mirrors!) and quilt square designs to create your own unique geometric panel. Taught by Bethany Kharrazi.

  • Whisk Brooms

    ➔ Friday, March 13th | 5:30-8:30pm

    Let’s get witchy and make brooms! Learn the traditional craft of hand-binding your own whisk broom — a beautiful and functional tool for hearth and home. In this hands-on class, you’ll work with natural broomcorn and twine, shaping and winding your own whisk broom using traditional techniques.

    No prior experience needed — just a love for craft and the satisfaction of making something with your own two hands. Everyone leaves with a finished broom and the knowledge to make more. Taught by Cass Este

  • Stained Glass Series

    ➔ Saturdays, March 21, 28, April 4 & 11 | 10am-12pm

    This 4-class series covers the basics of soldered stained glass. Each student goes home with their creation! Taught by Lois Bancroft.

  • Sewing II: Heavy Duty Canvas Bag

    ➔ Wednesday, Feb 11th | 5-8pm

    Large heavy duty canvas duck cloth tote bag with a removable crossbody strap. Great gear bag, farmers market tote or heading to the water. Some sewing experience required. All materials are included. Taught by Jane Raymond.

  • Mending

    Don’t toss your old clothes, mend them! Learn to patch holes, sew hems and seams, fix zippers and sew on buttons. You can also learn to darn or fix any small holes in a sweater you want to hang on to. Bring in the articles of clothing. No experience necessary. Use our sewing machines or bring yours. Taught by Andi Andree.

  • Outdoor Gear Repair

    Bring in some of your outdoor gear you are hoping to patch, fix, troubleshoot or alter and we'll try to figure it out together. Some basic supplies provided but if you want to replace a broken zipper or buckle please provide your own. Feel free to email me with questions on where to source materials. Taught by Claire Keeler.

  • Easy Zippered Pouch

    Zippers aren’t as hard to put in as you may think. Come make a lined pouch and see how easy it can be to add a zipper closure. A variety of cotton fabrics and reclaimed denim will be available. Sewing machine and all materials provided. Taught by Anne Gengler.

    Grab your basket of shirts, pants, dresses, and skirts, and let's hem them! Or join us and practice on scrap fabrics to obtain a new skill. No experience necessary, and all tools will be provided.

    In this 2-part class you will design and sew a hip pack designed to be versatile, zip all the way open, fit a layer in, and join you on your next adventure! Taught by Claire Keeler.

  • Make Your Own Gear: Bicycle Feed Bags

    Come make a set of feed bags for your bike. These bags are versatile and will fit most bike set ups and are great for snacks, repair kits, water bottles, and other small accessories you might want to take on your ride. Whether you’re doing a multi day bike-packing trip or an afternoon gravel ride, these bags are great companions. Taught by Claire Keeler.

  • Make Your Own Gear: Bicycle Frame Bags

    In this 3-class series you will make a custom bike frame bag and pattern it to fit your bike. Learn patterning basics, zipper installation and sewing techniques. This is an intermediate class, all materials included. Taught by Claire Keeler.

    A 2-part class to make a set of rear micro panniers. These bags are great for riders looking to pack more gear while still keeping a narrow profile on the trail. This pattern is made for a rear rack, and can be adjusted to fit your setup. All materials included. Taught by Claire Keeler.

    Get ready for colder weather by sewing your own fleece beanie! This is a sewing circle “special edition” class for beginner students who know how to use a sewing machine and want to take their skills to the next level. Taught by Andi Andree.

  • Make Your Own Gear: Handlebar Bag

    In this 2-night class we’ll make a handlebar bag for your bike that can be used for multi-days or long day rides. With a roll top and waterproof materials you can keep layers and snacks dry while you ride in whatever the NW has to throw at you. Taught by Claire Keeler.

    Stuff sacks are versatile and essential components for everyone from serious gear heads to the occasional traveler. Learn basic machine sewing skills while creating one during this special sewing project class.

    Assemble your own stained glass foil board! In this stained glass crash course, you will cut your own board and choose from a variety of pre-soldered foils to design a configuration unique to you. No experience needed. Taught by Bethany Kharrazi.

  • Gel Printing on Fabrics and Cards

    Imagine creating one of a kind botanical prints on fabric and card stock using paint and a gel plate. Start your journey with a nature walk to collect a variety of leaves and flowers with interesting textures, shapes and sizes. In class, we will make prints to take home for your sewing projects and greeting cards.

  • Introduction to Glass Fusing

    In this introductory class you will learn all about the process and tools of glass fusing. You will make small items such as magnets, necklaces or pendants. After class Andi will fuse your creation in her home kiln and you will return for a short session to fasten your hardware and pick up your pieces.
